World-Record Holder X-Games Gold Medalist To Perform As Part of Westgates Nissan Big Air Freestyle Motocross

Three of the World’s Best FMX Athletes Ride High in Freestyle Demo

GLENDALE, ARIZ. (Nov. 20, 2008) – ASA Entertainment (ASA) and Westgate City Center are bringing three of Freestyle Motocross’s (FMX) most daring stars to Glendale, Ariz. as part of its free, one-day only Nissan Big Air Freestyle Motocross demo on Saturday, December 6, 2008. World-record holder and X-Games Gold Medalist Ronnie Renner (Tampa, Fla.) will get vertical all afternoon with fellow athletes Dustin Nowak (Beverly Hills, Calif.) and Jimmie McGuire (Lawton, Okla.). The December demo is the second Action Sports event as part of a newly formed partnership between ASA and Westgate City Center.

Competing since 1997, veteran athlete Ronnie Renner holds an X-Games Gold Medal, Step-Up World Record and Motorcycle Quarter-pipe Highest Air World Record. He is considered the master of the “whip” for which he is best known. Dustin Nowak has emerged as the hottest up-and-comer on the FMX scene. He has mastered several no-hander-lander combinations as well as the back flip, compounding his reputation for throwing tricks that drive crowds and judges into a frenzy. And Jimmie McGuire, often a crowd favorite, made a name for himself in 2000 on the IFMA dirt tour. He is a tough competitor who often places well and is best known for his own trick the “Christ Air.”
